okbrt Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and okbrt ("okbrt," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okbrt online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through okbrt.net (the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okbrt, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the okbrt Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into a binding agreement.

okbrt reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the okbrt Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential;
• Notify okbrt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

okbrt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from okbrt that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the okbrt Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okbrt supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

okbrt does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards used for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction;
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder;
• okbrt reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only. okbrt does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe;
• okbrt reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement review.

okbrt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okbrt reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• okbrt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination;
• Free spins, where offered, are subject to their own specific terms including eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum win caps.

All games available on the okbrt Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including okbrt.

Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. All live dealer sessions are recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the okbrt Platform:

• Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers;
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side records, the server-side records shall be deemed authoritative;
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, okbrt will investigate and, where appropriate, refund the affected wager to the player's account;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbrt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system underlying the Platform;
• Introducing any virus, malware, or other harmful code to the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okbrt staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software. Any such discovery must be reported to okbrt immediately at [email protected].

okbrt provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session;
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the okbrt Platform — including but not limited to the okbrt name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of okbrt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any okbrt trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of okbrt's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by okbrt.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbrt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond okbrt's reasonable control;
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbrt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okbrt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

okbrt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbrt complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

okbrt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okbrt reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination, including any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests under investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact okbrt's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. okbrt will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, okbrt's server-side records shall be treated as the definitive record of all transactions and game results.

okbrt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okbrt will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
